Some very well-written and well-illustrated articles go back over the good old days* of Mac Software... the AppleTalk stack, MacDraw and MacPaint, MacApp, HyperCard, AppleScript, System 7, ResEdit, OpenDoc, A/UX, MPW (I still miss it!) ... and lots more.
