When clicking on it from the menubar, it kinda works...the windows are popping up like crazy. Might be something on my system because I migrated from 10.5 with FP installed back then. |

Shift-Command-Option works perfect from the menu bar and the p button half works from the menubar (I get a preview on what I've selected, but it just flashes a lot when i hover over other things and it won't change the selection). From the context menu, Shift-Comman-Option shows the 'i" icon but no preview. Hitting the p button immediately opens the get info window, and holding down the p button opens the get info window while my computer beeps the error sound. Any ideas? |
turly 15 Apr 2010, 08:49 | Re: Pressing "p" button opens get info window on 10.6.3 I still haven't ported the FinderPop 'Info/Preview Window' to Cocoa which means pressing 'p' won't work in the Finder (it just beeps and asks the Finder to open a 'Get Info' window on whatever you had selected.) Clicking in the menubar is handled by the old (32-bit Carbon) finderpop-daemon so everything works as it used to there. |
