Hmm. OK - I checked further, and found the trick - Its not you, it's me : I have an ikey shortcut which brings Mail to the front and opens the message viewer window. To do the latter, because Mail is so nicely scriptable, the only trick I found is to simulate a menu selection, after getting Mail to the front. And guess what, Finderpop intercepts that action and takes it to be a click in the menubar ! The easy solution for me is to de-activate access to FP through the menubar, which I rarely use anyway. Thanks for listening, and back to work ! ALain |

Hi Turly, Great ! But I think the "shortcuts bugs" is striking again ! (see viewtopic.php?f=3&t=43&p=184#p184) All the best, Alain |

There is a weird thing happening when using any of the bash finderpop extensions. When applied to a single object (file/folder), the path to the object is correctly transmitted to the script; when applied to a multiple selection, it seems that the first item of the selection is lost. Here is a simple demo script:
I am guessing that it is a bug in the way finderpop builds up the selection list. It was already present in b3 Best regards, and merry christmas all ! |

Hi : Brilliant ! Really great to have FP at the right finger again ! There seems to be some interference with some keyboard shortcuts that I use (through iKey). For instance i use ctrl-alt-cmd-M to get new mail and activate Mail.app. With FP installed, it opens FP's recent application menu. This happens often, but not always. I couldn't find ctrl-alt-cmd-M as a kb shortcut in FP ? Thanks anyway, Alain |

Hi, My One And Only Wish : an access to the finder's recent files /recent folders lists within the FP menu. I hate to have to go to the menu each time I want to reopen a closed folder window... Thanks, Alain |
