I'm not sure Default Folder X had to face the same challenges, especially regarding the Finder integration. From what I've read, it was a significant work nonetheless, rewriting large chunks of the original code. Corentin |

Je ne suis pas certain de comprendre la nature du test… Disons, en ce qui me concerne, que je l'utilisais déjà sous Mac OS 8 (peut-être même 7, je ne me souviens même plus). Les localisations se faisaient sous ResEdit à cette époque… Une horreur :-> Corentin |

The number of supported languages in FP is limited. If your next favorite language is French, you'll be fine since the localization should be fairly up to date for French Chances are too that if you want FP to be in ENglish, it's one of your higher rnaking languages in the International Prefpane. Simply remove the Germal.lproj. The System will automatically pick the default English.lproj if the lproj corresponding to the language in use by the System is missing, In MacOS X before Snow Leopard, you also had the option to select the PrefPane in the Finder, press command-i in the Finder and uncheck the languages you didn't want there. Unfortunatly, that option is gone now in 10.6.x. Corentin |
